Now that the government has initiated free education to all communities renovation of public schools is inevitable. The aim of the initiative is to enable children from lower income families to attend school and gain an education without putting further stress on the financial situation of their parents. The huge influx of children into the system this year suggests that previously many had been unable to attend school due to cost.

As part of our CSR we focus on education, training and culture. Graphic Systems was able to play a role in renovating Kizinga Primary school that was in unfavorable conditions. Graphic Systems provided the school with paint worth 15 millions so as to improve the learning environment of the children in that community. We were honored to be part of the big movement toward change because education is one of the key strategies being deployed to achieve the Millennium Development Goals for our nation.
